SurSec Security Battersea Park Road

We truly believe SurSec Security Ltd. (Penhurst House, 352-356 Battersea Park Road, London SW11 3BY) to be at best difficult, if not impossible to do business with. We attribute this to their director, Jeferson Moreno Dantas, who comes across as a bully / dictator, and with a massive chip on his shoulder about something. We have been told that Jeferson Dantas recently bought a "air crew person clicker". This is a device cabin crew use to count how many people have boarded the plane; they click it each time someone comes aboard. However, Mr. Dantas of SurSec Security Ltd. is not changing his career path, oh no. We understand he bought this to record the number of phone calls his sales staff were making, and to also count how many times his office staff use the toilet. What a great place to work! And of course, if this is true, then unhappy staff mean a bad business.

But, it is not just this aspect. We suggest you look closely at SurSec Security's web site. Strewn with errors, even their email address is shown incorrectly, so they probably lose tons of customers that way; such professionalism! Plus, you can see how low customer satisfaction is placed regarding importance by the fact customers have to make complaints using an online form, and recommend a solution! Forget having customer service staff to deal with any issues, it appears SurSec Security gets flooded with them and try to do as much as possible to prevent people from actuaklly being able to make them!

What is more, have you noticed SurSec Security's blog section? They blog about all sorts of things, it appears alluding to the cream of society, and yet the blogs have nothing to do with SurSec Security or security generally. It is weird at best, highly questionable ethics wise at worse, as it appears SurSec Security are trying to connect famous brand names and people to their security service when they have no cause to do so!

Take a look at the web page screen grabs of SurSec Security's web site below; customers beware!

SurSec Security's professionalism (even getting their own email address wrong).

SurSec Security's Customer Complaint Form (I bet they hope the customer gets the security question wrong).

One of SurSec Security's many blogs about famous brand names / people that appear to try and suggest they are somehow connected with them, when SurSec are not!
